You can find out more on how Caretilt works here.
After signing up and payment, CareTilt will onboard you as a provider. This will include gathering all of the relevant information on your organisation and your provision. This enables us to quickly assess which services can meet the needs of individuals as they come in.
Onboard can take anything from 3 working days to 3 working weeks dependent on how quickly you submit the information and the number of services you want added onto the database. We recommend that providers start the onboarding with a few properties to reduce risk of missing out on potential referrals.
Yes, of course. To make or set up a BACS payment please contact Finance@CareTilt.co.uk
Typically we will pass on any referral received for your vacancy. However with referral filtering, CareTilt will ensure that you only receive referrals which are likely to be a match for you. Our referral filtering is a short listing process
CareTilt will verify provision for those with Diamond and Platinum membership. This includes a visit to the service and meeting with staff and individuals to gain a better understanding of the service. This helps CareTilt better promote your vacancies and reduces time on referrals which aren’t appropriate.
Many Local Authorities are keen to accredit providers directly and will ask them to join some sort of procurement vehicle such as a DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System), DAPL (Dynamic Approved Provider List or a Framework. This requires a tender submission which typically needs to be submitted within 30 days. For our Diamond members we will review Tender Submissions to increase your chances of being successful. Please allow two working weeks for a Tender Submission Review.
Sometimes a property may take longer to find an appropriate referral. This could be due to a number of factors including location, existing individuals in a shared space, staffing levels or pricing. Where a vacancy is taking longer than normal to receive referrals CareTilt will contact you and discuss how this could best be resolved.
