CareTilt is a web application operated by Solor Ltd (“We”). We are a limited company registered in London under company number 05351185 and have our registered office and trading address at 54a Lots Road, London, SW10 0QD.
2. BY USING OUR WEB APPLICATION YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
By using our web application, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy. Failure to comply with these terms will result in the inability to use our web application.
We highly recommend keeping a printed copy of these terms for your records.
3. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

5. CONTENT GUIDELINES
These content guidelines are applicable to all material contributed to our web application, as well as any interactive services associated with it.
The Content Guidelines must be adhered to both in spirit and in letter. They apply to every aspect of any Placement as well as its entirety.
Solor Limited reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine whether a Placement violates the Content Guidelines.
A Placement must:
– Ensure accuracy, especially when presenting factual information
– Adhere to the legal frameworks of United Kingdom, as well as any any country from which it is posted
A Placement must not:
– Defame any individual or entity.
– Contain obscene, offensive, or inflammatory content.
– Engage in bullying, insults, intimidation, or humiliation of others.
– Promote sexually explicit material or child abuse.
– Advocate violence or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
– Infringe upon copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
– Mislead or deceive others intentionally.
– Breach confidentiality or legal obligations to third parties
– Encourage illegal activities or activities contrary to public interest.
– Disobey court orders or legal rulings.
– Threaten, harass, or invade the privacy of individuals.
– Impersonate others or misrepresent identities or affiliations.
– Falsely attribute placements to Solor Limited.
– Promote or assist in any criminal activities.
– Encourage terrorism or unlawful acts.
– Include advertising or promote external services or websites.
6. BREACH OF THIS POLICY
When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of Service upon which you are permitted to use our web application, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
– Immediate, temporary, or permanent revocation of your right to access our web application.
– Immediate, temporary, or permanent removal of any Placements uploaded by you to our web application.
– Disclosure of pertinent information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably deem necessary or as required by law.
We disclaim liability for any actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. Such actions may extend beyond those explicitly outlined above, as we retain the right to take any further action deemed appropriate.
We do not pre-moderate Placements (such as images and documents related to properties) before their submission to our web application. Therefore, if you encounter a Placement that you believe breaches this acceptable use policy, please contact us using the Contact Us page.
7. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
